1) Depending on what you are using it for. We have 3L/4L/5L/6L for customers reference.

1) The attachments (beater and hook) are aluminum. And the cover/guard is plastic.

1) The Stand Mixer can kneading dough, also can be use in mixing cakes, cookie dough, fudge or potatoes, and whip liquids such as egg whites and cream.

4. How many speeds does it have?

5. Is there a splatter guard included?

1) Yes, a splatter guard is included.

1) Only use what it comes with. It has to fit in the drive socket.

4. How easy are the beaters to eject?

1) The beaters are ejected with a lever below the gripping handle. The lever is easily reached by the pointer finger of the hand holding the mixer.

5. Does this mixer beat egg to mixture well for baking items?

1) Yes, it does. It will also beat cookie dough and makes good meringue. This mixer has great power.

1. How does it charge being its cordle？

1) There is no charging involved. It sits on a base that you plug into an outlet to heat the water, and then shuts off automatically.

1) Heated up a full kettle (2 liter line) of tap water about 11 to 13 minutes.

5. How does it charge being its cordless?

1) The base has a cord that powers a little pole that the pitcher has a receiving end for, which powers the element in the bottom of the pitcher. When the water reaches boiling the pitcher automatically turns itself off and you just lift it off the base to pour into your cup.
