1. Can i use frozen foods in this air fryer?

1) Sure. An air fryer is really just a small convection oven. Any frozen foods with oven directions will cook just fine in an air fryer.

2. Is it safe to use on quartz countertops?

1) Yes. It does not generate much heat on the counter it sits on.

3. Can a whole chicken fit in the in the big air fryer?

1) Yes.

4. Can i cook rice in this similar to a rice cooker?

1) Kindly note this product can fry french fries, vegetables and frozen foods with less fat and make them crispy, but it is not a rice cooker.

5. Does it have the auto stop,meaning when i pull the drawer to check on the food?

1) Yeah it stops immediately as soon as you pull the drawer.

6. Does it last more than a few months?

1) If you have any problems with the product within one year, please contact us, and we will replace it for you free of charge.

1. How do i remove the bottom pan?

1) The whole basket pulls out, and then use tongs or spatula to remove food.

2. Does it have auto shut off?

1) It has a built in timer so it will automatically shut off when the count down reaches zero. You could pull basket out at any time to check food and then it will continue to cook until timer goes off.

3. Is this suppose to spin the food like a cyclone while cooking?

1) No, it doesnt spin the food.

4. Can i cook fries from raw potatoes?

1) Yes. The air fryer comes with manual that contains recipes for French fries and other dishes.

5. How do i turn off the air fryer if my food is ready before the timer ends?

1) Open the air fryer by pulling out the drawer and it will pause for you to inspect food. Push the drawer back in and fryer will resume remaining cook time. Press the on button again and the fryer will turn off after, 30 seconds ( double check Manuel) indicating you do not want to complete original cook time.

6. What does the spin button do?

1) The buttons on the air fryer are used to control the temperature and cooking time.

7. Does it last more than a few months?
