FAQ on Horizontal Slow Juicer

1. Does this machine reliable? Does it last more than a few months?

1) Brilliant machine for fresh juice without all the nasty additives you get with supermarket juices.

2) If you have any problems with the product within one year, please contact us, and we will replace it for you free of charge.

2. How does this juicer handle tougher vegetables?

1) The juicer feed tube has a certain diameter – please cut the vegetables to a suitable diameter so they can be easily pulled into the rotating screw. If you are adding anything with a membrane, such as seedless citrus or grapes, you’ll need to remove the membrane, as the membrane won’t let it through in the same way as the firmer pulp.

3. Is the liquid pulpy or smooth?

1) It all depends on what you are mixing. If an overly sticky smoothie is mixed with a bit of milk in it, it turns out to be smooth and delicious.

4. Are the blades stainless steel?

1) Yes, the actual blades are stainless steel.

5. Is cleaning complicated? Do parts need to be soaked before cleaning?

1) Of course, you have to soak the attachments first. It will be much easier to clean the residue after soaking. Please soak them for about 20 minutes, and then rinse with water and will be basically clean. Filter and spout can be cleaned with the included brush.
