FAQ on Vacuum Juicer

1. Does this machine reliable? Does it last more than a few months?

1) Brilliant machine for fresh juice without all the nasty additives you get with supermarket juices.

2) If you have any problems with the product within one year, please contact us, and we will replace it for you free of charge.

2. Are all parts machine washable?

1) The container part can be removed and washed. The accessories cannot be washed.

3. Where do i buy a replacement brush for cleaning the juicer?

1) The brushes of the juicer are all universal. Or try to send info@gaeate.com to us, we could provide solutions.

4. How many oranges would it take to make 1 litre of orange juice?

1) For 1 liter maybe you need around 7-10 oranges.

5. Is cleaning complicated? Do parts need to be soaked before cleaning?

1) Of course, you have to soak the attachments first. It will be much easier to clean the residue after soaking. Please soak them for about 20 minutes, and then rinse with water and will be basically clean. Filter and spout can be cleaned with the included brush.

6. What are the advantages of a vacuum juicer over an ordinary juicer?

1) The juice is made by using the high-tech vacuum function to first remove the air from the machine and then start blending. It maximizes the nutrient content of fresh vegetables and fruits.
