1. How does it charge being its cordle？

1) There is no charging involved. It sits on a base that you plug into an outlet to heat the water, and then shuts off automatically.

2. What’s the maximum amount of water i can place inside?

1) Maximum water level is 2 liters.

3. How long does it take to heat the water?

1) Heated up a full kettle (2 liter line) of tap water about 11 to 13 minutes.

4. Is the plastic of this product BPA free?

1) Yes.

5. How does it charge being its cordless?

1) The base has a cord that powers a little pole that the pitcher has a receiving end for, which powers the element in the bottom of the pitcher. When the water reaches boiling the pitcher automatically turns itself off and you just lift it off the base to pour into your cup.

6. Does it last more than a few months?

1) If you have any problems with the product within one year, please contact us, and we will replace it for you free of charge.
