1. Can i switch the beaters to heavier duty ones?

1) Only use what it comes with. It has to fit in the drive socket.

2. Are the beaters stainless steel?

1) Yes they are stainless steel.

3. Is it strong enough to handle cookie dough?

1) Yes it is.

4. How easy are the beaters to eject?

1) The beaters are ejected with a lever below the gripping handle. The lever is easily reached by the pointer finger of the hand holding the mixer.

5. Does this mixer beat egg to mixture well for baking items?

1) Yes, it does. It will also beat cookie dough and makes good meringue. This mixer has great power.

6. Does it last more than a few months?

1) If you have any problems with the product within one year, please contact us, and we will replace it for you free of charge.
